The rare hotel that exceeded our expectations A LOT!
This hotel has exceeded our expectations A LOT. It's very modern, beautiful, great riverside location (perfect if you run, great if you like walking), very quiet, the room is well equipped with a fully functionable kitchenette and even a washing/drying machine! The bed was comfortable, the space was functional with a lot of nice tech perks (B&O portable speaker, full set Dyson hairdryer etc), the housekeeping very helpful and quick 24/7, there is a drinking water tap and reusable bottles, really nice gym, free bicycles and I can go on listing great things for a long time. But the most important and unique one for me was that the hotel lobby is also a functional co-working that you get to use for free 24/7. Every table has power outlets, chairs are comfy for long work sessions, wifi – fast, and good coffee&healthy snacks also provided. There are even parts of this huge space that could be used for group meetings/workshops (with a screen and large table for a group). Me and my friend had to work with Europe with a lot of zoom calls and this was the best place we ever stayed in Asia for this. Moreover, there is a happy hour that is unique (free, lots of both cold and warm food for two hours every day, wine, ingredients to mix a drink). Between the breakfast and this happy hour one could never eat elsewhere and never feel hungry.
Just some little things that seemed bizzare in the room design: there is a Dyson but no power outlets anywhere by the sink/mirror, so I had to dry my hair by the bed, where there is no mirror. The overall lack of full-height mirror is minor minus, the shower and toilet inside the room in a way that makes it a bit wet and a bit loud. Not enough shelves and hangers to store stuff and could do with a bit more space for large suitcases to unpack. But these are really not serious issues, we really enjoyed everything.

Wonderful
We appreciated the simple yet delicious breakfast that was provided daily and access to snacks/drinks that were available throughout the day. The daily cocktail hour was also a bonus. The property provided umbrellas, bikes and scooters for guests to use. The property is located in a great area with good restaurants, local buses and the MRT within walking distance. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Facilities and appliances in the room were great, washing powder was even provided upon request!
